We stayed at Ersi Villas for 3 nights, and found it to be a great base for exploring Santorini. It's situated just below the main road running through Firostefani (the other side of the road from the caldera, so you're facing towards the other side of the island), and it's about 5-8 mins walk down the road to the centre of Fira. We found this to be a good location - obviously you don't get the fantastic views that come with places situated on the caldera, but because of that it's MUCH cheaper (we paid 40 Euros per night in late Sept, which is cheap for Santorini). It's also nice and quiet as you're not right in the buzz of Fira. Our room was large, clean and comfortable (although perhaps not that exciting to look at), and had a lovely big private terrace. The bathroom was small, but clean and functional. In general, the property is pretty and well looked after. We didn't get round to trying the pool, but it certainly looked nice! Breakfast was served on the terrace by the pool, and consisted of bread with jam, cakes, and cold meats and cheese. It was fine, although personally we would have liked a bit more variety as we're not really fans of meat and cheese first thing in the morning... The staff were polite and efficient.
