I stayed at this hotel for a 3 day break away. The hotel at first was hard to find. After leaving Wavley station we were advised it was a 5 minute walk away. It took us 30 minutes....as we kept walking past it!

The location once we had found it was superb. It was 5 minutes from Princess Street and the Royal Mile which was very handy.

The rooms are imaculate and felt spacious.Massive king size bed. We had a room with a view of the Castle which was lovely. The rooms had all the mod cons and tea/coffee making facilities.

The hotel was light and airy, and reception staff were always helpful on advising us where to visit and organising a taxi on our departure. The hotel has a swimming pool, sauna, jaccuzzi, gym and steam room. We found this an ideal way to chill out after a long day out and about in the centre of Edinburgh.

All in all a perfect hotel for a short break to Edinburgh.
