Large desk. Bed ok. Pillows not very good despite my request for feather: they seemed a bit cheap and foamy. I had an "executive" room - so fluffy robe and slippers provided and a Nespresso machine (which I did not use). Clean, tidy and well lit. Bathroom fine (good towels) except poor water pressure. Very little cupboard space. Very odd wi-fi arrangement whereby receptionist handed me a router which i was expected to install myself. I did and it failed to work perhaps because I failed to install it correctly. All a bit amateur (the hotel rather than me).
Room service breakfast arrived on time but, rather curiously, with a fried egg and baked beans added to my scrambled egg and bacon, neither of which were wanted. Brown toast was of the cheap supermarket sliced variety rather than nice fresh bread. Orange juice was not impressive.
