A number of my family members and friends stayed in the hotel24/seven in various rooms for the period of a week. When we were married in Bristol in March. The hotel and the staff were wonderful. They dealt with all our separate bookings in two languages quickly and without any confusion. The rooms were clean modern and excellent value. The hotel only 10mins to the center of town. 10 out of 10 and thankyou so much.

I recently organised a stag weekend in Bristol and we stayed at Hotel24seven. We chose the hotel primarily on the price as it is very good value for Bristol. When we arrived we found a quiet and comfortable hotel. The rooms I saw were nicely decorated and furnished, many with nice art prints on the wall. The staff were friendly and helpful, both when I was organising the trip and during our stay. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the pubs/clubs (10-15 minutes) but I expect to do a bit of walking when I visit a city, and it is all on the flat. I would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends and will use it again if I go to Bristol.

I stayed at Hotel24seven in December 2009 and booked two rooms, one for my flat mate and one for me and my lady. I was paying as a treat, so I wanted somewhere cheap but wanted our own rooms, the place was perfect. Access was through keycodes that we were sent via email, and despite revervations about the no-staff approach, we had no problems and I was impresesd hhow quickly they answered the phone and returned emails when I wanted to confirm the booking.

We had free parking, internet and Bristol town was a very short walk away, so we could go out for a meal and hit the town for drinks in the evening. Great venue, cheap and very well run. I'm pleased I opted to gamble on the cheap option.

I have been using this hotel 2 -3 times a month for the last 8 months and have found it to be excellent value. It is always clean and tidy and has all of the amenities required for a quick buisiness stop over, even a fridge to cool the beers. A short walk from the centre of the city centre it is far enough away to avoid any nightlife noise and also away from the many main roads that permeate the centre. Having stayed in the budget rooms and the deluxe rooms (£30 - £60) I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for either business or pleasure and is not worried about having a manned reception and bar included. Also, they have a very quick response time particularly if you've forgotten to print out your entry code!!

After trying out a few of the B&Bs during a six month contract I stumbled across the Hotel 24/7 which was comparable to one of the larger (i.e. Novotel) Hotels in terms of cleanliness and facilities but an absolute bargain at only £30 per-night.

I was impressed enough to book into their sister hotel (the Short Let on 2 Coronation Road) for the remainder of my stay (about 5.5 months). The Short-Let is basically the same as the 24/7 but specializes in longer term stays which means no more ferrying books and radios to and fro on the train each week and gives the option of staying in Bristol.

It's kept spotlessly clean and the bedding/bathroom is all taken care of once a week by the friendly resident concierge service. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to town and the modern combination code access means you don't even have to carry any keys around.

It's a lot better than a B&B and a only a third of the price of a hotel so overall I'd say it has a lot going for it.

I have stayed at Hotel24seven many times over the last few weeks whilst working in Bristol. The rooms are great value and the decor is recent and modern; the pricing structure is fair (budget/deluxe rooms etc), and the communal areas and individual rooms have always been very clean and well maintained.
The amenities work well, even the budget rooms have a shower, fridge and tv etc, the communal kitchen is a really handy option, and there is free wireless.
I've found it comfortable and great value for money compared to other options, very convenient and easy to use, and the staff/management friendly when I've been in contact with them.
I'd definitely recommend it as a place to stay, and will return myself if I'm in Bristol again.

The author was "intrigued" by this "automated access" hotel. At first she didn't like her room because it was "too small" and the hospitality tray was "jammed into the corner by the bed". The bathroom was "just large enough". The venetian blinds "ensured privacy" but she had a "restless night" because of the external floodlights shining through the slats. Another member of her family in a different room had more space and no such problems.

She gave it a 4 star score because other rooms "met the standards outlined in the website". It was "clean" and the service "prompt, courteous and helpful". Email information and confirmations were prompt. She also found it "cheap" and "central".
