It is a large hotel and I got the impression it is used primarily by people on business. Both check in and check out was extremely efficient and there are facilities for luggage storage.

The hotel is very clean, and decorated with a contemporary feel. The corridors to the rooms are quite long due to the shape of the hotel but all rooms are easy to find. On walking into the room I was taken back by the size of the room. It is extremely large and gives you plenty of space. The room was equipped with a flat screen television, mini bar, tea making facilities and Internet access. There is a large desk which can be used for working. The bathroom was again very large, with a both a bath and shower, and complimentary toiletries. There are a choice of pillows available to sleep on, as well as scatter cushions. The bed was overall very comfortable. The temperature if the room can be controlled by the wall mounted thermostat.

The back of the hotel looks onto Piccadilly train station, with windows all along the back wall. As far as I am aware you can not see into the windows from the outside.
