My wife and two daughters stayed at the Chancery Court Hotel on Saturday 15th Sept. We had a terrribel mix up with the hotel booking agency we used which had cancelled our room without informing us. The Hotel could not have been more helpfull and rescued what could have been a disasterous weekend. It was my daughters birthdays and the hotel left a lovely bottle of champagne in their room with chocolates and a very nice note from the customer manager.
The hotel rooms, the building, the location and staff were fantastic and compare with the best in London. We will stay here evey time from now on.

The hotel is located in a nice peaceful location. it is deserves 5 stars. I loved it and wished to go back to it again. . the staff is friendly and very helpful, welcoming and greeting at the reception upon arrival, and helpful when we had any questions, very good. nice breakfast with lots of choice and the staff again were very vigilant, everything was a lot of trouble if he asked for anything. the room was perfectly fine, and comfortable and very spacious. the bathroom was beautiful. we asked for additional bathroom products and they arrived within a few minutes of our request.

The location of this hotel "really can't be beat". The staff "were multi-national and extremely competent" and the guest felt "comfortable and well-treated". The rooms were "just plain outstanding" with "plenty of light"; they are "very good". The floor space was "excellent". One can have a "fairly good breakfast" but they have "extremely over-priced" drinks.

Awarding the hotel their highest accolade, Frommers describes it as a "landmark 1914 building" which has been "stunningly transformed" into an upmarket hotel, once described by the London Times as being "one of the most exciting hotels in the world". They state that this "seven-floor Edwardian monument with a marble staircase", located in the financial district, still maintains "the grandeur of the past" notwithstanding the fact that it also offers "all the comforts and conveniences of today." The building has also featured in films due to its "soaring archways and classical central courtyard". Commenting that the hotel interior "encases you in womblike luxury", Frommers note that the "best accommodations are on the sixth floor" and that guest rooms are "glamorous and exceedingly comfortable" with such touches as "fine linens" and the "most spacious" bathrooms featuring "Italian marble with lavish tub/shower combinations". They indicate that there are two restaurants and bars, as well as a "luxurious" spa and sauna.
