First of all we had booked a suite and after we had checked in and went to our room we noticed that it wasn't a suite at all. Went down to see what had happened and they had some explanation. The irritating part was that I had to ask for money back since the room we stayed in was cheaper.

Another very annoying occurance was that we were denied room service almost 2 hours before the official cut off time due to the fact that the "kitchen had closed". It is completely insane to state that a certain service is available to a certain time and then not be able to deliver what is promised.

Beds were very comfy, rooms a little tight but all the furniture is new and well kept. By the way they have a nespresso machine in every room - great idea!
Staff needs to improve and be more helpful especially when it's up to making a reservation for a restaurant or giving help with the Bayern Ticket DB...
