Pudsey73 recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Orlando Universal for social reasons, and arranged acomodation by way of a travel agent package holiday. Seemingly pleased with the hotel structure, Pudsey73 commented on the high rise building (15 floors) and the glass fronted lifts which "were particuarly nice". Cleanliness was highlighted by the fact the hotel cleaners worked daily, and due to the hotel being modern "doesn't suffer from damp or mould". The rooms themselves were destined for a good night's sleep and provided several luxuries by way of "face soap, oatmeal bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, and body moisturiser, and these all seemed to be of good quality" and also "lavender linen spray, ear plugs, eye mask, sleep plug-in in the bathroom (not sure what this did) and a sleep CD". Staff at this hotel "were very friendly upon" and the location of the hotel itself just of International Drive, so whilst in a quieter location, was just as convienient for accessing amenities. Overall? "I would definitely recommend this hotel to others"
