<description><![CDATA[This centrally located hotel, along the the "busy Plaza de Marte" is, according to Mr Greenspan , "another good budget option" in Santiago de Cuba.

The state run Islazul chain offers simply furnished rooms, half of which don't have windows, but half of which have "double beds".

The hotels "best feature", other than its location, is the "third-floor rooftop bar" open to all. Frommers recommend the Libertad Hotel.]]></description>
