I learnt much about unique history of this place during conversation with owner drinking famed black tea in tulip glasses. Luxury of this place is just breathtaking and room yes it was a real feast for eyes and soul. It’s a place to be crazy about and a real jungle of details (all obligatory in Ottoman style) to be discovered. I liked spending time in lobby, I felt there like in refined guestroom. What really became precious to my heart is Seraser Restaurant. I’ve experienced there a piece of local cuisine as well as traditional British dish Beef Wellington. During eating delightful meals I could enjoy the performance of trio playing stirring jazz music. Also Seraser has a great outdoor space for dining. Tuvana is a great place for all who want to rest and relax. Tuvana is definitely a medicament for both body and soul.

It’s very stylish with an unique Ottoman décor and well-equipped including all the necessary and extra additional appliances. High comfort, total silence (rooms seem to be soundproof) and spotless surrounding guaranteed me a total relax and hours of respite. A wonderful, friendly and competent staff always helped me with carrying my heavy luggage and offered help in all possible moments. Also, as a solo travel, I was amazed with the attitude of owner who proposed me showing the city around to make me become familiar with the area.
My stay in Tuvana Hotel was totally entertaining. The perfection was fulfilled with visits in Seraser Restaurant and fine wine matching and adventurous yacht tour. I swear, it was the best and most unforgettable time of my life!

The atmosphere of this boutique luxurious hotel is just breathtaking thank to amazing design and all details which guarantee you a visual feast. Not only details are worth appreciating, hotel features all new loots of hi-tech - appliances such as Ipod docks (really important for me) and very fast free Wi-Fi.

But what is the hotel without a helpful staff? This for sure is also one of the strongest points of Tuvana. All people working there are very competent with good command of English, always steady and ready. I dream of coming back to Tuvana as soon as possible since it assured me lifelong memories and unforgettable stay.

Hotel has perfect surrounding, gardens with exotic trees (guests can pick fruit from them) exclusive swimming pool and a lot of space for relax. It's located in the centre of historic Kaleici that visitors can reach everywhere (marvelous monuments and other city spots) on foot. Although being located in the centre, guests can enjoy total silence since hotel is situated on the separated street.

We stayed in De Luxe Hotel and I haven't experienced such a high level of luxury before. Bed sheets made of refined silk, scupltured oak and pine wood furniture, scenic views from balcony, ambience of candles and stirring jazz music with the company of champagne and fresh fruit. Total heaven.

Staff is inconceivably friendly and serviceable with good language skills. We felt at least like hollywood stars being treated in the best way. Our all expectations always were considered in quick mode. I recommend this hotel with all my heart.]]>
