Too bad there is not enough room in the breakfast area to serve all guests around 10 AM, the most common breakfast time, as we encountered twice. The alternative breakfast buffet near the lobby, in a small uncosy room, turned out to be very limited. The second time we had to wait for availability in the Kamin Bar, a smokers lounge, not quite preferred in the morning.

We booked Christmas dinner in the Trattoria Enoteca and the Champagne buffet , both very nice but not exceptional or outstanding. The room service we ordered was perfect.

All together a beautiful location, excellent service, but a rather formal ambiance and the food was a bit disappointing and overpriced.
