Each room has free Wi-Fi, digital Freeview, a small fridge and a CD player. All rooms have hand-finished, crisp white cotton bedding and a hospitality tray. An iron and ironing board are available. Most rooms are fully en suite and some have DVD players.

To accompany your choice of breakfast, there is freshly brewed coffee and a large selection of teas.There are numerous boat trips available from the harbour to Truro, St Mawes, Trelissick Gardens, Trebah, Durgan and Helford Passage. Alternatively, you can book trips on the high speed jet boat that takes you out into and around the bay in search of basking sharks, dolphins and seals.

- Take the A39 towards Docks & Pendennis Castle.
- After passing Princess Pavilions on your right, the house is just around a small bend in the road on the left. The Red House is an elegant and distinctive Victorian house overlooking the harbour and the River Fal. It is about 150 metres from the seafront and Gyllyngvase and Castle beaches.
A short walk will bring you to the town and harbour. Princess Pavilion is 150 metres away, and has free entertainment on summer evenings. Local transport is widely and easily accessible.
Full English breakfast contains organic or local produce where possible, and features homemade jams and marmalade. Special diets can be catered for (with prior notice).
At The Red House you can come and go as you please: keys are provided for the guest room and front door. There is a large private car park.Red House must be notified of a late arrival at least 2 hours before the arrival time otherwise they have the right to re-let the room 2 hours after the latest arrival time (18:00).
There are reductions for children aged 2-10 years old when they share a room with an adult.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. The accommodation reserves the right to terminate the booking in the event of failure or suspicion of failure to comply with this request without being liable for any refund or compensation. Any bedrooms suffering from residual tobacco smoke will require special cleaning and airing for at least 24 hours before the next guest can use the room, consequently the house has an obligation to find alternative accommodation for the next guest if none is available at The Red House, which will be accountable to you by charging to the credit card given to secure the booking.
Cancellation Information:
A booking for more than 3 nights or more must be cancelled 7 days before due arrival date. Failure to cancel within 7 days or in a case of a no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged GBP 5.00 per night and person for cots.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
