The thick stone walls, the balconies of the façade, the courtyard... are the regards of a familiar tradition in a peasant family.
The house has been restored, but it preserves the original structure of the XVIII century. It is placed in the town centre of Estamariu, a place where you can enjoy a great natural ambience in the heart of the Pyrenees.
The house has all kinds of comforts, such as: central heating with hot water, TV room, dining room, parking and bar service. In additio, there is a private playground ideal for children.
The privileged situation of the house allows you to enjoy great sights of the mountainous landscape of the Pyrenees.
The house has eight rooms, all equipped with heating and complete bathroom. Six of them have a wide terrace with very good views, one of this is suitable for the handicapped, and the other two have exterior windows.
The rooms are distributed between the three floors of the house, two are on the ground floor, three on the first and three on the second. The rooms have been named after the ancient ranches which belonged to the house.
Estamariu is a little town placed in the Catalan Pyrenees, between La Cerdanya and Andorra.
