This land was already mentioned in the first documents written by Jaime II shortly after the Catalans conquered Minorca in 1287.Today, Sant Joan is an up-and-running agricultural tourism farm, with twelve hectares, half of which have been reforested with pine trees and wild olives and the other half is used for the necessary crops to feed the autochthonous flocks of sheep that graze peacefully around the farm, creating a natural landscape of great beauty.
