[crux123, 17/10/2011] We stayed at Oceon view el gouna on the abu tig marina, came back last week and we had a wonderful time. The adult only pook was very peacful and allowed us some sleep, the food was delicious, and wasn't chips with everything!!! Chips were never on the evening menu's
The staff were very helpful, always smiling and the bar staff soon got to know your tipple, constantly circling your table, never sat with an empty glass.
Our first room was in ear shot of the club, but once we asked to be moved, no problem, they even helped us move.

[Divingdiver_dave, 04/09/2011] I feel compelled to write a review on the Sheraton Miramar in El Gouna, Egypt as my wife and I and our two children have been there on several occasions and love the place!
Although the decor is a little tired, the overall design, colours and structure of the Nubian style low level buildings is spectacular and relaxing at the same time.
During the day the pool service is efficient and the drinks cold and at night the whole place takes on a different atmosphere and the subtle lighting creates a relaxing mood.

[keepitquiet, 13/10/2010] The Ocean View hotel is in a prime position surrounded by water on 3 sides. The Marina of El Gouna is only 5 minutes walk and the town is a 5 minute Tut Tut journey. The hotel is nothing special as is only equivalent to a 3 star hotel. But you still pay 4 star prices.The room is simply furnished with effective air conditional, mini fridge and television. The all inclusive package includes all local alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks between 10.00 and 24.00. if you require branded drinks you have to pay for them The staff are very good but the food is pretty abysmal. [derryguy, 20/09/2008] Abu Tig Marina, El Gouna is a wonderful location to just sit and watch the day go by, this well appointed Marina, that I must stress is currently having a extension built, has a number good restaurants and bars to choose from, being situated in the northern part of the resort of El Gouna and close to Mongroovy Beach, this provides for excellent facilities including local transport from Downtown (the main shopping area in El Gouna).

[derryguy, 25/08/2008] What a Hotel the staff at this well appointed Hotel in El Gouna just north of the city of Hurghada in Egypt are very freindly and indeed give the very best service, although this is a all inclusive resort and some of the food can be a bit bland there is always plenty of choice and I found that using the smaller restaurant at the Rihana Inn was better than that found at the main Hotel, this resort has three Pools and a lagoon beach there are a number of good bars and a Belguim and Italian resturant.
