Article
[oldwasp, 14.01.2008] The author starts by writing about David Howie Scott and the "modest ambitions" that grew into a "minor empire" with the restaurants that have taken he's name.
Mr Shelby then tells us that Howies Victoria Street "probably" has the best location for convenience.
He then tells us the motto for the small chain is "fine food without the faff" and adds one of his own "sold at reasonable prices".
The author then mentions a few dishes that are "typical" of the menu.

Frommer's recommended restaurant.
