Straying in the very room where J K Rowling finished the last Harry Potter, the reviewer cannot resist allusions to magic, muggles and the various characters now so well known to us all. A Grand Experience at the Balmoral Hotel
For Barry Shelby the "landmark" Balmoral hotel remains "one of the grandest hotels in Britain". The hotel with its "soaring clock tower" is situated "almost directly above the Waverley Rail Station" and upon entering you will be greeted by "Kilted doormen". THE BEAUTIFULLY RE-DESIGNED BALMORAL
