Many of the original features have been retained and are now combined with modern up to date facilities. It is situated on a cobbled street right in the heart of the city centre, with many of the main attractions of Edinburgh like the Scottish Parliament, Princes Street and the Castle just a short walk away. It is also close to the main transport links and Waverley Railway Station is just 300 metres away.
Fifty rooms are available and guests can choose from double or twin rooms or suites. All of the rooms feature an en suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, trouser press, minibar, TV, direct dial telephone and a wireless Internet connection.
