[more]This is a fairly small hotel, with only ten rooms, most of which are en suites. There are different types of rooms available to cater for your needs,for example family rooms. The hotel looks out for families in other ways too. Children under two can stay for nothing and there are cots provided for them. Children under five are also able to stay for free as long as they use existing bedding.
The newly refurbished rooms come equip with LCD TV'S, alarm clocks, hairdryers and free toiletries.
Check in time is between 2pm and 10pm. Check out time is 8am til 10am.
It is a Georgian style house, that overlooks Leith Links. With regards to other tourist attractions or pretty places to visit whilst here it's a ten min drive to Edinburgh Castle, Royal mile and Princes street. If you wanted to go shopping or just for a better look around the city, its only a bus ride away and the bus stop is directly outside the hotel.
You can also occupy yourself with golf as there are courses not too far away.
The hotel serves a traditional English for breakfast.They also have luggage storage areas. The only negative about the hotel is that they don't offer off road parking.
