[more]Located only a 15 minute walk from the city centre, this friendly hotel is housed in a Victorian Villa, and is on the main bus routes which provide access to both the bars and restaurants of the Leith waterfront and the major attractions in the centre of Edinburgh. This small hotel has only 5 bedrooms, all with an en suite or private bathroom. Guests have a choice of a single, double or a twin room, each equipped with a TV, radio alarm clock, towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. They all have large comfortable beds with good contemporary lighting and central heating is provided with individual temperature controls. Tea and coffee making facilities are replenished daily. DVDs are in every room, which proves ideal for children.
