[more]The Airlie Guest House offers comfortable, accommodation conveniently situated in the heart of Edinburgh. We are a well established, family run, 3 star bed and breakfast. Just over one mile from Princes Street and only 3 miles from the Straiton exit of the Edinburgh City By-Pass. From the Guest House you can either walk to the High Sreet and Princes Street or if you prefer we have an excellent and frequent bus service with buses passing the Guest House every few minutes. The bus journey to Princes Street, the centre of the City, only takes about 10 minutes. At the back of the Guest House we have a LARGE PRIVATE CAR PARK which is free for guests to use while they are staying with us, this takes the worry out of where to park. The Airlie is Totally Non Smoking throughout and is personally run by proprietors Peter and Fiona Flynn so a warm welcome is always assured. While you are staying with us we encourage our Guests to have a look at our library of Scottish Themed books. If you finish reading your fiction novel while staying with us we have an extensive offering of books that you are welcome to exchange with.
