, 10/10/2011] We stayed in the Oceanis hotel in Kavala for two nights on a busy August weekend (possibly the busiest holiday weekend of the year). We paid 70 Euro per night for a triple room with breakfast, which was a reasonable rate considering the high season but not a fantastic one for a fairly typical three star. We had a fairly spacious room on a high floor (a good thing as the hotel is located in the middle of the city, right over busy streets).
