The Stone is a great club in the Altstadt in Dusseldorf, however if you do not know Dusseldorf very well, you might have to ask some people to be pointed in the right direction, as it is not in the centre of Altstadt.
You have to be over 21 to enter and at the weekends you have to pay 5 euro entry. The place is always really busy and there is a bar at the front and at the back there is a dancefloor. When you enter into Stone you will receive a card which you have to use to order drinks, make sure that you remember this when you leave, because you have to pay for everything you drank when you go, so bring enough cash!
A wide range of music is played, from current chart hits, to golden oldies as well as a couple of German songs thrown in (this is when everyone starts singing along!). The drinks are not too expensive, around the usual price that you pay when you go out in Dusseldorf, however they usually have drinks specials every weekend.
I would really recommend this club, I think it is great and I regularly go there. You will see a mix of people from young to old, wearing business and casual clothes and the atmosphere is great. If you are ever in Dusseldorf and want to try something a little different then try the Stone.
