Villas Kolocep is a beautiful set of villas in Kolocep, the southern of 3 inhabited Elafiti islands along the Adriatic coast where it gives a unique sense of privacy and seclusion.
The property is set place on a small island just near by Dubrovnik(for example 25min with local liner-ship). The island is a part of a group which contains three islands called ELAFITI.That is one of a reason of ideal sightseeing and exploring beautiful Mediterranean coast. The house is split on two parts. In one part of house are two floors.Each floor have four(4) room with two beads(8 beads)Altogether the property have sixteen (16) beads on two(2) floor .On each floor there is bathroom. The other part contains one big lounge(50m2),big kitchen(30m2). The property also have great court-yard(500m2),and a garden(500m2).Outside of house there is a two showers and two toilet.The place is unique. The rooms are new!!Ideal for young people and everyone who is taking pleasure in exploring a hidden places of our coast and sea.
