Liffey Water?

, 27/01/2008] I first read about the Guinness Storehouse on a consumer website about two years ago, and decided it would have to be on my list of attractions to visit on my next visit to Dublin; the thought of a complimentary pint of Guinness after browsing through seven floors of attractions of liquid black gold artefacts, being just to tempting to refuse. The museum is open seven days a week, with the exception of Xmas Eve Boxing Day and Good Friday. During the summer the Storehouse is open until 9pm at night, although for the rest of the year, the Storehouse closes at 5pm. Opening time is from 930am

, 20/12/2007] The Guinnes storehouse is pretty much always at the top of tourists list 's of things to see in Dublin and it's not hard to see why. The storehouse is easily accessible by bus, taxi or even walking if you like and the dublin hop on and hop off bus tour even stops right outside making it really easy for those who have tickets for that to be able to reach it. The building is really impressive as it's huge and has many floors - the entrance has the Guinness logo on the wall and you'll always find this area crowded as people try to take pictures here. If i remember rightly the prices ar epre

, 07/12/2006] The Guinness Store House is The place to go if you are in Dublin. Firstly, I was really fascinated by the building itself and the surrounding buildings. I felt very small as all buildings are very high and massive and I had the impression to be back at the time of the industrial revolution. But there was much more to see inside. The architecture of the museum is very interesting as it is supported by steel beams. The visit enables to understand and experience the making of beer through its different stages. What is particularly interesting is that it is possible to smell and touch "beer". At

All You Want to Know About Guinness
Date published: Feb 2004
Author: Christopher Somerville
Travel guide extract
According to Somerville "half of all the beer drunk in Ireland is brewed in the sprawling Guinness Brewery". Although it is not opened to the public, the "company´s spanking new Guinness Storehouse attraction nearby will tell the you "all you want to know and then (...) serve you the best pint and the best view in Dublin". In Somerville´s opinion the Guinness company has "always excelled at marketing itself" by engaging "some of the best commercial artists" that produced "masterpieces" which are displayed in the storehouse. Inside a former fermentation and store plant, "a handsome 1904 buildin

Frommers highly recommends a visit to the Guinness Brewery where visitors "can explore the Guiness Hopstore", home to an "audiovisual presentation showing how stout is made". Further there is a gallery that is dedicated to the "graphic design work of John Gilroy" and the "breathtaking Gravity Bar". Here you can enjoy a sample of the beer while you are sitting in a "glass- enclosed bar" at a height of 60m with "360-degree views".
