On our second day in Dubai we went to the Dubai Museum. It is actually based inside the ruins of Al Fahidi Fort. [trivago traveller, 13/09/2005] This hotel was absolutely fabulous. The Dar Al Masayafs are luxurious beach villas set at the front of the resort a few feet from the beach. Each has their own private butler. Built in the style of Arabia, you travel round on the hotel's waterways in wooden boats. The hotel is perfectly positioned on a lovely beach and has slendid views of the world's only seven star hotel. The staff are wonderful and the food is beautiful with something to suit every taste. I haven't got a bad word to say.
