The Ski Dubai attraction in Dubai is another one of the Sheikhs attempts to get Dubai on the map as being one of the top tourist areas in the world. Dubais Wonderland resembles a funfair but much more activity, as you arrive towards it the theme park looks like a giant funfair with balloons, candy, games, rides, children laughing etc. It is located just opposite the Dubai creek and next to Creek Park so you cannot miss it! it has the usual games such as the shooting hoops game to win prizes, throwing bean sacks in order to win a cuddly toy, [more...]

When I went to Dubai I was very fortunate to have stayed in a hotel that was just a 5 minute walk for the Gold Souk. With the intention of maybe buying one piece of gold jewellery I actually ended up buying a whole lot more!
