I have only Good things to say about this apartment/hotel. We had a one bedroom apartment and it was so comfortable we almost felt like home, our stay was too short. The reception desk was easy to find and everyone was very friendly and helpful. A special touch was the phone call to our home two days before we arrival to see if we had any special requests and to ask what our arrival time would be. I advised we would arrive around 1:00 or 2:00 in the afternoon and reminded them we would have our dog with us. Our room was ready when we got there at 1:00 and upon entering our dog saw the water bowl and doggie treats that were waiting for her, this was a first from any hotel we have ever stay at. Our room was on the third floor and to our surprise there was an elevator. The Kitchenette was well stocked with enough dishes and cookware to do light eating if you choose to eat in your room. The coffee pot and toaster were greatly appreciated by us. The bathroom was big with a shower and washing machine for longer stays. Towels were great. Bedroom had lots of storage and a safe for valuables. The bed was very comfortable. One thing we really appreciated,,,,,being Americans, the TV had several English channels, we have found this to be rare in our travels around Germany, we were thrilled and able to not only watch news but a couple movie channels as well, It was a cool rainy weekend so we settled in after we ate dinner. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, for that. The sofa and two chairs in the TV area were comfortale and there was a table in the dining area to eat in comfort. Oh yes, and the Guest Book in the room was also in English!!! Honestly, there is only one thing I missed in the room and that was a clock in the living area. This apart/hotel really did feel like a home away from home and we will tell all our friends about it.
