My husband, daughter and I spent 3 days in New Delhi, India at the Urban Ashram Bed and Breakfast. It was recommended to us by mutual friends and we were very pleased. Mr. Madhusan made arrangements for us to be picked up at the train station (we said New Delhi station, but we arrived at a different location Madhusan was able to locate the driver and directed him to our location within 20 minutes. We were then driven to Urban Ashram B&B where Mr. Madhusan met us and got us settled in a lovely ground floor unit opening to a private garden. He was full of suggestions of restaurants and shopping tips. We had a wonderful breakfast (anything we wanted) and after a short rest, we headed out. Thanks to his suggestions, we accomplished everything we wanted to do. On our return, we met the owner, his mother and some of the other guests in the living room. The house belonged to the mother and feels like a home. They took us to a nearby soho like developing artsy area nearby great shoe buys and unusual artifact shops. We highly recommend this establishment over a hotel anytime. Mr. Madhusan is an interesting, knowledgeable and considerate host.
