Description The Uppal New Delhi
Uppal's Orchid is an Ecotel hotel which indicates its commitment to environmental sensitivity. With 200 000 plants on the plot, it employs a team of 50 people just to keep the grounds in order. It is located on a 10.5 acre site near to the Gurgaon suburb of Delhi and just 4 km from the international airport. Central Delhi is 15 km (or 25 minutes drive) from the hotel.
Rooms are graded 'deluxe' or 'premium' and suites are also available. All have modern facilities such as 32 flat screen TVs, in room DVD players, safes and internet connectivity. Suites include walk-in wardrobes, rain shower cubicles and Jacuzzi baths. Guests can use the hotel's multi-cuisine restaurant or eat at the poolside snack bar. There is a swimming pool, a tennis court, a jogging track and a nine-hole golf course as well as spa facilities.
Conference and meeting facilities are available as well as a well-equipped business centre. Car rental and travel arrangements can be made to assist guests and services such as babysitting, valet parking and laundry are all on offer.
