I was really impressed from start to finish - on the phone the staff were polite and helpful and nothing was an inconvenience for them; once I was there they were professional and pleasant; the room was great and perfect for what I wanted (a comfy bed, clean en-suit and peace & quiet); the breakfast was amazing (even the bog-standard continental entailed FRESH coffee and pastries and polite service); the check-out was efficient and the receptionist lovely.
