[Patruart82, 16/08/2011] We stayed in the Park Royale June 2008, an absolutely magnificent hotel to stay in. the lobby is a lovely spectacle to begin with. The hotel rooms are well furnished and designed, with an amazing view onto the sea. Plenty of daily activities put on by the animaction team. With a short stroll under the main road while still within the resort is the excellent private beach with two lovely pools both with swim up bars with very polite staff serving all kinds of cocktail (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). [nadkish, 02/12/2010] Cozumel Palace - ex Plaza Las Glorias Cozumel, Cozumel is the best place to have a great vacation. Just Cozumel is not enough - but Cozumel and the excellence service can meet your expectations.
The Cozumel palace is near by Cruise ship terminals / CCL and RCCL / and can be reached by walking or taxi for 5 USD. Build on the safety side the hotel is a good place during the Mexican winter time too.
There is a lovely SPA, GYM, sunbathing place , pool....and one great view to the sunny-blue ocean. During tour leisure time you can enjoy delicious Mexican dishes / trust me - you have to ! /

[normarl, 10/12/2009] Great trip to Cozemel for a week, staying at the Sol Melia Group Hotel, opposite end from town. Quiet, and restful, needed the get away.
[normarl, 08/12/2009] The Sol Melia on the island of Cozemel is a very nice and comfortable hotel. It has several types of accomodations to suit everyone's taste. There are ocean front 1 floor rooms, individual rooms that you might find out in the country, and also your typical 4 story hotel with views of the ocean. Families are welcome. There are many activities for adults and lots of activity time for children away from parents. It is not stuffy but can be very upscale. The food 24 / 7 was great. Main meal times were prepared to order and you could also add buffet items as well. The wait staff was marvelous
