The complex offers a range of apartments and villas in L’Estartit, where the fine sandy beaches and shallow waters make it an ideal location for families.
The apartments and Villas are fully-equipped with all you need to make you feel at home. Services at the complex include a bar-restaurant and its own private swimming pools although the complex is located just 200 metres from the beach.
L´estartit is a popular holiday location the apartments are just 5 minutes from the town centre, and the villas are just 2 kilometres away. In the town centre you can enjoy a more relaxed ambience with a wide range of bars and restaurants offering typical Catalan cuisine.
During the summer months, from May to September, the hotel's reception is open every day from 09.00 to 20.00 and a night porter is present from 20.00 to 09.00.
The rest of the year it is open from Monday to Friday 09:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. Arrivals after 19:00 are not possible, as there is no night porter service.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: 40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
