My husband and I stayed at this property last December.
Upon our return to the UK we immediately booked to go again in March!!!
We've been travelling to the Canaries in general over the past 15plus years and consider this hotel one of the best!!!
The staff are warm, polite, obliging and constantly smiling. Nothing is too much trouble.
Rooms are spacious, clean and generally well-kept.
Food is excellent - the choice is vast.
Pool area is calm - no loud music blaring out constantly, as is often the case in Tenerife. Sun beds are the most comfortable loungers I have experienced in a long while. There is a strict, enforced policy regarding the reserving of loungers - simply not allowed. Having said that, the beds are plentiful. I would say that there is one umbrella to every two beds. No shortage of umbrellas at all.
Plenty of quiet shady areas, plenty of quiet sunny areas.
I understand that the hotel was full to capacity at the time of our stay. Even under these circumstances, plenty of personal space for everything.
Cannot comment on the evening entertainment as we did not use it.
Bus terminal (of sorts) directly opposite the hotel. Easy acces to many other parts of the island at a nominal cost.
As a Travel Agent myself, I can truthfully say that I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my clients!!!
