The hotel is described as "first choice for many" but it does not stand out in any one category but all combined together it would be a "gold-medal winner" like the "decathlon". The "neoclassical mansion" has been restored with "character if not major distinction". The hotel is located in a "quiet" place just out of the center and "lacks fine views" but it is in walking distance of all amenities with a "decent beach" "300 yards". The public areas of the hotel have a "certain atmosphere" but are "not especially stylish". Guest rooms are not "large" or "luxurious" but they do have some "old-wo [more]
