It is built in a beautiful area of Coral Bay Pegeia, aprox 1km from the sea. The villa is full detached and offers complete privacy to the quests. The nearest villa is aprox 60m away. It offers an enviable combination of beautiful natural environment of sea and mountains Featuring accommodation throughout, the villa is arrange over two floors, with the ground floor providing a lounge with dining area and kitchen as well as a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms (twin) are featured on the first floor both with ensuite shower rooms. A veranda overlooking the spacious pool (5x10m) and Coral Bay area is located in the first floor. All bedrooms feature air conditioning, which is payable locally. Outside a large covered veranda and a large sun terrace surrounds the private pool for sunbathe and relaxation. The villa has a lovely swimming pool with beautiful sea views and includes full patio furniture and a barbecue. Parking is available to the front of the property. FREE CAR HIRE CATEGORY B (Swift / Nissan Micra 1000 cc or similar) suitable for maximum 4 persons is included in the price of the Hotel Accommodation of the Villa to cover your entire stay.
