With a "convenient location", Helgolandsgade "only 2 mins walk" away and "east of the train station", this hotel has "unfortunately" only the name "in common with the rest of the chain". Take a "less than 5 minute walk" and you will be right in the middle of Copenhagen. "A very rude" reception staff greeted the reviewer with the information that their room "wasnt ready". When the staff got the question how long time it would take and if they could put their luggage somewhere in the meanwhile, "she seemed put out by this" even if it was check in time.
