Stayed at the Hilton Copenhagen for business reasons and found the experience very pleasant. The room was large and bright, with all the extras you'd expect - nice big TV screen, iron, room service... The bath had both a shower and a large bathtub, and travellers are spoiled with Crabtree & Evelyn's La Source shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body lotion...
The breakfast buffet was large and tempting with sweet and salty treats, with several very service-minded and cheerful staff members refilling the buffet and serving hot drinks to the guests.
The Location at the airport is actually better than many other airport hotels I have visited and incredibly convenient.
The only thing to improve would be to have a more stringent price policy - it really pays off to look around for the best deal as prices can range a lot. I had booked a very low-price pre-paid rate and was given the same excellent treatment like every other guest.
In terms of the meeting, everything worked perfectly, from reservations to lunch & coffee breaks, technical facilities, and other services.
