The Bulls Head in Clandon is located near to the National Trust house and gardens in the area. The pub is small but it really very quaint with 3 different section. It concentrates more of the food element rather than the pub.The seating is quite basic and depending on where you are sitting you can feel a draft especially when the door is opened. However the food is excellent both in quality and value. Also generous portions. The pub specialises in home made pies which we can thoroughly recommend. there is the standard menu and the specials board. A small car park at the side and Clandon station is about 8 minute walk. The clientele tend to be mainly couples of small groups and the dress is smart casual. we have not seen the jeans and T shirt brigade on the numerous visits made. Also a minimum of children seen. The pub is very sedate an noisy kids would not appear to be welcome. There is a choice of wine and a couple of cask ales available.
