The author rates the "Dionysos-Mosaik" as "the most compelling treasure in this museum". It is "from the 3rd century A.D." and it was accidentally "discovered in 1941" by workers who "were digging an air-raid shelter". No doubt for the on line site "sacred destinations" that the Roman-Germanic Museum, located "next to the town hall", contains the "most important collection of indigenous archeological finds" of the country.
