I stayed at the Koln Marriott in Cologne last month while I was on a business trip. As these days, business trips are each and every month, I prefer to stay at the Marriott as I still have this golden visitor's card back from the time when I was working for the company Marriott in the USA. I can still try some of their discount schemes, but not so often. My boses now are more than happy to pay for the Marriott and I guarantee the work is also greatly done.
What I liked about this hotel in particular was the staff. I have rarely met so nice people in one place. I tend to like hotels, but too much of travelling and not sleeping in your own bed says its words. I sometimes become irritated by the smallest mistake in the hotels. Here I have nothing to wish for. The rooms are spacious enough and there is flawless room service working so fast and tidy, you can never tell you are not home.
The rooms had all the neccessary things I could wish for. The cleaning ladies were unnoticable. I stayed for three days and I can say it was the best hotel I have stayed in from the Marriott chain so far.

Location: I chose this hotel as it was comfortably situated near the business center that I needed during my business trip. I did not see much of the city anyways, so I am speaking only through my point of view.
