It is an excellent hotel that we would recommend to anyone intending to stay in Cochem, Germany.
Our period of stay was from the 22 July to the 28th july 2009.
There is a lift to all floors so there are no problems for the disabled.
We stayed there for 6 nights and found the hotel to be very clean and tidy with the maids cleaning the rooms daily. It was the same throughout the hotel.
The standard of food was very high ,well presented and well served.
We had a room overlooking the River Mosel and was able each morning to have an early cup of tea and sit on the veranda and watch the river traffic and many swans pass by.
Although the room overlooked the main road through Cochem the room was quiet with very little disturbance from the traffic even though it was the week of the Motorcycle gathering. There is a large carpark to the rear of the hotel so parking is no problem.
The evening meals are of great value and there is a wide variety of choice.
