[trivago traveller, 10/03/2010] As the second best hotel in Puerto Ordaz I expected much better. I stayed for periods of 1 to 2 weeks for a total of 5 months during 2007-2008 The hotel is getting tired now and although some staff are very helpful there is a general lack of competence. The restaurant is chaotic and the food quality pretty poor. Breakfast was particularly disorganised and the staff incapable of keeping the food supplied adequately - that said the food was tasty - if you were prepared to wait.
