[magdadh, 30/10/2010] The motel makes a good initial impression, looking new and fresh from the outside. It's located on a corner of a quiet side street and busy main road (Papanui Road), but the entrance is from the side street and all accommodation units open onto a courtyard, which also appears new and is brightened up with some flower borders.
We have popped into quite a few motels before we arrived here, and many of them looked and felt substantially more dingy and tired.
We asked for a one-bedroom unit (as there was four of us, two adults and two children) but as they didn't have one available, we were

[DKBAust, 05/11/2009] We had a very late flight into Christchurch and the owners (grant and Lisa) were still up to welcome us and show us to our room. The room was large and confortable. Cleanliness was of a very high standard. We felt extremely welcome here and any questions we had regarding local attractions or events were quickly answered. Would highly reccomend this motel to others.
[hamilton, 04/09/2009] My husband and I had a fabulous time pedalling around Christchurch on the guided bike tour. It was similar to the city tours in you can in Europle on bicycles. We thoroughly enjoyed it and Christchurch is a beautiful city, lots of old architecture and pretty gardens. We would have never found all those great spots without our lovely guide. Thank you and we highly recommend to all... it's a very relaxing experience!
