The Heritage comprises an Old Government Building and the Heritage Tower building. According to the author it is this combination that allows guests to experience the "charm and character from the colonial past" along with "contemporary indulgence". The author favours the "large" guest rooms in the Heritage Tower and the "split-level one-bedroom suites" with their "separate lounge, walk-in wardrobe, air-conditioning, and mezzanine bedroom". The heritage suites in the Old Government Building also contain "mezzanine bedrooms, open dining areas, kitchens, and laundry facilities". The hotel is situated in a "marvelous location" that "puts you close to everything". Frommers very highly recommends the hotel and this is indicated by a two star rating.
