[19/01/2010] The best advantage of the hotel is its location - it is just 20 minutes from the historical centre of Florence. My husband and I were stayed there for 3 or 4 days in 2002. We walked a lot and visited all the prominences around. There is also a bus station close to the hotel and a big parking for those who are with their own car.
Apart of this it is nice, not very big, but cosy hotel. Our room had two big almost double-sized beds. The price for it was around 50 E. Very good service, most of the personel were English speaking.

In the summer of 2008, during our family holiday on one of the Canary Islands - Lanzarote, I visited many wonderful places. One of them was the Tropical Park Guinate, famous mostly with it's parrot show and bug cactus gardens.
I saw many exotic animals - meercats, turtles, lizards, iguanas, giant gold fishes.
But the most interesting were the birds. I looked face to face with an ostrich. I touched a toucan on his tail. I even managed to make a photo of a white peacock that was feeding her little one. I found that penguins can feel great even at 30-degree temperatures - it turned out that, c

[18/01/2010] През лятото на 2007 година за около седмица бях гост на хотела. Нелошо местенце, но има какво още да се желае, за да докаже, че отговаря на обявената категория от 4 звезди. Първоначално бяхме настанени в стаи на първия етаж, които бяха доста мрачни, лъхаха на мухъл и не бяха особено приятни. След малка разправия на рецепцията, ни преместиха в стаи на по-горен етаж, които бяха съвсем различно нещо - чисти, добре обзаведени и слънчеви. Хотелът се намира съвсем близо до плажа и разполага с малко басейнче. Като недостатък мога да посоча, че част от стаите гледат към открития бар на Гранд хотела,

[18/01/2010] One of the most remarkable places on the island of Lanzarote is the Timanfaya National Park, located in the mountain of Fuego.
The only way to get to the park is by car - even step out of the road could lead to torn shoes and sore feet, because of the sharp pieces of dried lava, forming the natural surface of Lanzarote. The road is curved and very narrow, one way only. That is why sometimes you have to wait quite a lot for the long column of cars to pass.
It is difficult to describe the place with words, you just have to see it. As the whole island is volcanic, the landscape is very strange -

[18/01/2010] A small hotel from the Etap hotels' chain, the price was 42 EUR for a room without breakfast. There is one double-size bed and one single second floor bed, so it it perfect for families with a child (our 5 years old daugther still speaks about the bed she slept in :)). The rooms are small but nice and clear. Near the hotel there is a metro station and a supermarket.
[18/01/2010] През 2006-та, в началото на декември, бях гост на хотела. Кич, снобизъм и доста вложени пари, но без никакъв вкус, са думите, които изплуват в съзнанието ми, когато се сетя за престоя си там. Интериорът представлява странна смесица от стилове, опитваща се да "се покаже". Личното ми мнение, че хотелът няма никакъв дух, далеч е от лукса, който търсех тогава, а още по-далеч е от уюта, който бих потърсила при следващо посещение на Пампорово.
