This hotel was a real gem of a find. Everything about it was fantastic, with great attention to details. The room was large and spacious. It was modern on the inside but classic on the outside. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever experienced. My friend and I even asked at front desk how they made them so comfortable!
The bathroom was large with marble finish. The shower had a large overhead rain shower head - bliss after a busy day sightseeing.
The hotel is located a 5 minute walk from the John Hancock building - a useful landmark if you get lost! Also only 5 minutes from Oak Street Beach.
One drawback would be lack of a swimming pool, but the hotel room was so nice I didn't really miss it.
There are lots of great restaurants at a range of prices located close to the hotel and the front desk staff were good at suggesting places to go.
I would definitely stay here if I visited Chicago again - the best hotel I have ever stayed in and it didn't break the bank.
