Hotel Expert's Tip. After requesting Serenity Bath Service in my guestroom, staff at The Fairmont Chicago drew a warm bath infused with aromatherapy oils. The event was complete with aromatic soaps and lotions, calming music and a neck pillow an invigorating experience.
