Casual open air dining is the order of the day at our tropical 'Fajita's' restaurant. Look out over the blue Caribbean sea at Lindberg Bay and watch the pelicans dive for their lunch. Fajita's Restaurant is the signature Mexican restaurant. It's also the only real Mexican restaurant on St. Thomas. From delicious enchiladas and burritos to Fish Veracruz and soft Tacos and marinated Shrimp. The restaurant is serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
