• From Paris: A 10 motorway, exit No33 Rochefort / La Rochelle / Surgères. Then take the RN 248 then the RN 11 towards La Rochelle. At La Rochelle, drive along the Rocade ring road towards “l'Ile de Ré / péage de l’Ile de Ré". – 9-Euros toll most of the year and 16.50 Euros from 20 / 06 to 11 / 09 (based on 2004 rates). – After crossing the Ile de Ré Bridge, drive along the D 735, then follow the North Itinerary via Rivedoux and La Flotte until you reach Saint-Martin. At the first roundabout, continue straight on, and at the second roundabout follow signs to Saint Martin; when you have driven past the fortification, turn immediately left following the “Pierre & Vacances” sign down “Rue de l’hôpital”; at the end of this road you will reach “Place de la République”. Turn right and immediately left, drive past “l’étude notariale”, “ l’hôtel de ville” and “la poste” then turn left; opposite you on the other side of the square is the “rue des Governeurs” and our reception.
Park on the square while you check in; we will then explain where you can park your car during your stay.
The car park entrance is located “Rue des Remparts”; the gate is open on Saturdays, the usual day of arrival; for other days, please obtain your access card from reception.
Please note: do not park on "rue des Gouverneurs" or in the private car park opposite reception.

DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.
From 12 December 2008 to 03 January 2009 and 07 February 2009 to 04 April 2009 the hotel reception is open Sunday through Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 to 14:00 to 22:00.
From 04 April 2009 to 14 November 2009 the hotel reception is open Sunday through Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00.Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
